What's the same on every plan
The care plan is about who keeps the site healthy, not who holds the keys. Your hosting, domain, licenses and email all sit in accounts with your name on them. If you leave, nothing breaks.
Which one fits
If your site mostly tells people who you are and how to reach you, Care is probably enough. If someone on your team edits it every week, Care+ gives you an hour a month for changes. If the site takes money, through a store, memberships, courses or bookings, you want Organizational. Updates get tested on a copy first, because a broken checkout costs more than the plan does.
Not sure your site is healthy enough for a plan?
Some sites need fixing before they can be maintained. That work is quoted separately, in capped phases, and you can read how one of those went. If you aren't sure which bucket you're in, ask me. Working that out is part of the first conversation.
Questions people ask
Do I have to move my hosting?
Care includes hosting, and it's usually simplest if I set it up in an account you own. If you already have good hosting you're happy with, we can keep it.
What counts as a change?
Content edits, small layout fixes, a new form, a plugin or module swap. A redesign or a new feature is a project, and I'll quote it separately before starting.
What happens if the site goes down?
On every plan I get the alert and start on it. On Organizational, outages jump ahead of everything else in the queue.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month to month with 30 days' notice. Since you own everything already, there's nothing to hand back.
